All carriers’ plans are released to the public so we can start evaluating the marketplace against your current plan(s) as needed for the “Annual Election Period” or AEP.
October 15
This is the first day you can enroll, during AEP, for a new plan to be effective January 1.
October 2-December 7
During AEP, look at options as needed and plan for the coming year.
December 7
The last day you can enroll on a new plan, during AEP, for the coming year.
January 1
All new plans are effective.
